KNOT BRACELET VALENTINES

Materials:

• Embroidery Floss
• Scotch Tape
• Card Stock

Tools:

• Scissors
• Single Whole Punch

Directions:

1. Cut 12" pieces of your embroidery floss. We made a basic braid, which only requires 3 pieces per person. Depending on the thickness you'd like your bracelets, you can double them, etc. We doubled our string and had 12 Valentines, so we needed 72 pieces of string.
2. We simply taped the string to a desk and braided each bracelet with a knot on each end.
3. Next take your card stock and type your message or write them out. For a class, you could say: "This class would knot be the same without you."
4. Cut each card out and punch two holes on opposite sides.
5. Slide the bracelet through and you have a unique Valentine and everyone has a little keepsake with it :)
